Compensation: $22 - $25 hourly Responsibilities: * Arrange for cleaning equipment repairs as needed and keep all other equipment in good working condition * Hire and train housekeeping staff to perform cleaning duties and deliver customer satisfaction to our expectations * Manage the daily tasks of the housekeeping department, including cleaning guest rooms and public areas * Oversee the housekeeping department budget, take inventory, and ensure there is a stock of adequate cleaning supplies * Document areas cleaned by room attendants and report any issues such as room damage or maintenance requests to the front office Qualifications: * Over 3 years of experience as an executive housekeeper, housekeeping manager, or similar * This position requires a high school diploma or GED * Well-versed in environmental services (EVS) including sanitation protocol and procedures, and how to use cleaning supplies and equipment * At least 2+ years experience in hospitality or guest services * The ideal applicant is an experienced leader who demonstrates great attention to detail and customer service skills About Company Mission Bay Inn San Diego, Hogan Hospitality, has an excellent location across the Highway 5 from Mission Bay,1 block to San Diego Trolley, offering health, dental, vision, and life insurance, and friendly staff.
